What are your payment terms?
Payment is due prior to your first scheduled consultation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via Paypal. Payment can be made through our web site or by contacting us directly.

How soon will I receive my new resume/cover letter?
Turnaround time for resumes and cover letters is within four (4) calendar days or less (excluding holidays).

I just received my new resume/cover letter, and I have questions or would like a few changes made. Is this included?
Upon receiving your new document, we want you to love it! If you are not completely satisfied, we ask that you contact us within three (3) calendar days of receiving the final draft so we can promptly discuss your concerns. Should you require minor edits or changes to your document, we will partner with you via email to get it just right. One follow up phone consultation is included with your service, if necessary, to discuss significant changes or further questions you may have.

I just had my resume written by you six months ago and would like an update. Do I get a discount?
Yes, we do offer discounted pricing for former clients who have had their resumes written within the last 12 months. Please contact us directly for pricing.

I’m not convinced that I need my resume rewritten. Do you offer complimentary resume critiques?
Absolutely! We’ll conduct a quick review of your current resume and provide feedback on what improvements we recommend to make the most impact in your job search.
