Evolution Career Consulting was founded by Patti Romanowicz, a seasoned human resources professional with over 15 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, coaching, counseling, and training. After working as a career consultant with JobBound, one of the industry’s most respected resume writing and career consulting companies, Patti was ready to take her HR expertise to the next level by starting her own career consulting company. As a career consultant, Patti has worked with clients from all walks of life and in many types of industries – students and new professionals, to experienced industry leaders and executives in sales, education, medicine, IT, marketing, human resources, editing, and much more.

Prior to joining JobBound, Patti was HR Manager for a leading designer of automation products. She also led the HR function for the manufacturing headquarters of FUJIFILM Hunt Chemicals U.S.A. and focused on recruiting efforts for entry to management level positions. During her career, Patti has evaluated thousands of resumes, conducted countless interviews and made hiring decisions for positions ranging from entry level to management. In addition, she has served as a subject matter expert on interviewing and resume writing techniques for the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Patti holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Northern Illinois University and presently resides in the Chicago area.
